Kees died peacefully on 19th October 2022. He was much loved and will always be remembered.

Thoughts
I was saddened to hear of the passing of Kees Maxey. My thoughts and prayers are with Sheila and the family. I cannot begin to put into words how the generosity of Sheila and Kees changed my life and my family we shall forever be grateful. We send you love from Dubai,UAE, Durban, South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Our family prays that God gives him a peaceful rest. We have learned much love from him; his memory will linger forever in our hearts. Oh... he was such a lovely man and father. We pray that God comforts all his family.

Visiting Kees and Sheila over the decades was a great pleasure. Their friendship and wide-ranging work have encouraged me in many ways. Love and best wishes to the family and friends who have pulled together so admirably in recent months.
